Mercruiser Transom service kit for Alpha One Gen II 1991-2008. Not Sure you have a Gen II? The Gen II has two nuts and bolts on each side of the sterndrive that holds the upper and lower halfs together. Includes Ujoint bellow, Exhaust bellow, Shift Cable bellow, Gimbal bearing, and all seals need to complete the job. Want to make installing that exhaust bellow easier? Add a bellows expander tools to your purchase, Part# 90360.

4good kit

This kits works great for the most part. The only issue I had was with the water inlet hose. It is a lot more flexable than original and slmost kinks when motor is down. I would stick with old water house if it is in good shape. Every thing else worked flawlessly.
